WHAT TO EXPECT


When visiting St. James, you can expect:

  • to be warmly greeted by our Connect Team as well as members of the congregation.
  • to be directed to our Welcome Desk where you will be given a first-time visitor gift.
  • to find guest parking in the front and in the back of the church.
  • a nursery with trained staff ready to serve you during all services and classes on Sunday morning beginning at 8:45 AM.
  • a worship service that will draw you closer to God.
  • a sermon that will lift up Jesus Christ as our Savior and Lord.

Frequently Asked Questions

​Q: How long do the services last?

A: The 9:00a traditional service lasts about 50 minutes, while the 11:00 more contemporary service runs for 60 to 70 minutes.


Q: What about children?

A: A nursery for newborns through 3 years is available for both morning worship services. Children's Church is available at the 11:00 service for Pre-K through 5th grade. Children will sit with their parents for the first portion of the service then our Children's Church team will lead the children downstairs for an age-appropriate worship experience. Learn More>>>


Q: Where do I park?

A: There is visitor parking in the front of the church and in the first row at the back of the church. Follow the signs to the sanctuary or nursery.


Q: What do people wear?

A: You will find people dressed in jeans, an occasional sport coat/suit and tie, and everything in between.
